Huahine Lapita Village, French Polynesia
Huahine is a lesser known island that is quieter and less touristy than the famous Moorea and Bora Bora. This painting portrays traditional Lapita style homes which is where we stayed-- the lodge is located on an ancient site that pays homage to these early Polynesians. Fascinating history!
