Summer Cathedral, St Joe Idaho
We spent a week at this idyllic spot in the midst of Summer heat. Each morning and afternoon, I would walk down to the river and marvel at the way that light would stream through the trees, hitting the clear green water. I wanted to capture this special moment of reflection, which reminded me of an outdoor cathedral. Painted on location and finished in studio.
